Very lightly ridden, bought in 2020 but upgraded soon after.
The Giant FastRoad Advanced 1 is worth considering for fitness riders and fast commuters who prefer flat-bar control without giving up road-bike efficiency. Its Advanced-Grade Composite frame and fork, Shimano 105 2×11 drivetrain, TRP TKD-84 hydraulic brakes, and tubeless Giant Gavia Fondo 2 700x32c tires create a light, quick package. The D-Fuse composite seatpost adds useful compliance on imperfect pavement.
The rigid chassis and 32c tires remain road-biased, so this is not the best choice for rough gravel or riders who want a very upright position. A flat bar also offers fewer hand positions than a drop bar on long rides. Choose an endurance road bike for extended distances and multiple grips, or a suspension hybrid if potholes, broken paths, and loose surfaces dominate the route.
