To keep the ride smooth, fast, and light, the Contessa Spark RC 900 features a RockShox SID RL3 fork paired with a custom FOX NUDE EVOL 3-mode rear shock via Scott’s on-the-fly TwinLoc Suspension adjustment system. These keep the HMX Carbon frame floating through the course so you can focus on speed. In that vein, the SRAM X01/GX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain brings the gear range to crank up the steepest climbs between swift flats and blistering descents, and Shimano XT brakes effectively shed heat buildup and offer tremendous power to control loose downhills and bring you to a stop right in front of the podium. Carbon and Titanium Syncros components make up the cockpit on this race machine to deliver a fast and efficient interface between rider and machine.
