Scott's Scale RC is one of those magical bikes that makes climbs seem less steep and the competition look a whole lot slower. This cross-country rocket features Scott's proprietary HMX carbon for amazing strength, efficiency and unreal lightness. Advantageous features such as a tapered head tube, a press-fit bottom bracket, and Scott's Shock Damping System in the rear triangle make the Scale RC a super-light, strong and smooth ride. For even more speed, you get a carbon DT Swiss XR100 fork and quick-rolling wheels, and a Ritchey carbon handlebar and seatpost. Meanwhile, SRAM's progressive 10-speed XX group rounds out the bike with plenty of lightweight carbon parts. Other nice touches include the choice Schwalbe tires and continuous cable housing that maintains shifting precision in all conditions.
