Trek's Madone 6.2 is for a rider who demands all the features of a Pro Tour bike without the price tag. The 6.2 frame is hand-made in Wisconsin from Trek's OCLV2 Red carbon, the same as their pro bikes. By now you know the Madone's legacy of lightweight, stiffness and ride quality, it boasts technology that is now copied often, but rarely duplicated. Things like the BB90, E2 head tube, press-in headset and weight-saving seatmast. They all add up to a frame that feels weightless on a climb, goes like a rocket during sprints and is comfortable on any length ride. Ultegra compact 10-speed shifting offers the smoothness that only Shimano can deliver and a whole host of Bontrager carbon components bejewel the frame like a XXX Lite fork and blazing fast Race Lite wheels.
