About this bike
The SCOTT SUB Active eRide makes getting around town easier, making it the ideal commuter bike. The Bosch electric assist motor increases the speed and range of your rides and makes getting up steep hills easy. It's got a unisex geometry with a really low step through, nice wide handlebars that put the rider in a comfortable, upright position, and a soft Selle Royal Essenza saddle. A short-travel front suspension fork helps smooth out the road or trail, ensuring every ride is an enjoyable one. The Shimano Acera drivetrain provides accurate shifting in a simple, low-maintenance 9-speed drivetrain. An integrated chain guard keeps the chain hidden from the rider, which is great for when you're riding in street clothes. The wheels are a durable combination of Mach1 MAXX rims and Shimano hubs and are equipped with 50c tires, for many miles of worry-free reliability. Convenient touches such as full fenders, integrated front and rear lights, and a rear rack further increase the capabilities and utility of this bike.
