Hidden quick-mount fender eyelets, awesome internal cable routing, and post-mount disc-brakes keep the form-to-function ratio at a maximum. The Alpenchallenge 01 ONE features the clean lines and low maintenance of an internally geared belt drive. It features a Gates CDX carbon belt which will outlast several chains, requires no lubrication, and runs smooth and quiet. A wide gearing range is provided by the Shimano Alfine 11-speed rear hub for cruising at speed or climbing that last hill on your way. DT Swiss R522D rims are clad in Continental Sport Contact tires for a lightweight, quality wheelset that'll really carry their speed. The BMC City Kit fenders from Curana are visually and functionally integrated into the frame. They provide full-coverage protection and offer an innovative quick-connect technology which allows the installation or removal of the fenders in less than a minute.
