The Moonracer SL2 is Devinci's XC trail bike. It's got 100mm of travel up front thanks to a SID fork and 75mm out back, courtesy of Fox Shox. The frame is handmade in Canada from triple-butted aluminum, well-known for it stiffness-to-weight ratio, because out on trail, you have to go up, sometimes way up, to go down. And when you do climb, be be glad to have light Mavic/Shimano wheels and even lighter Maxxis tires. On the way down, you'll love the Avid Elixir brakes that keep you in control on any terrain in any weather. Either way, the SRAM shifting and TruVativ cranks churn out the power, and the Race Face bar and stem pilot you down the trail. Bring extra water, it's going to be a fantastically long day.
