About this bike
There's no trail too long and no ride too epic with GT's Helion Elite leading the way. Its light GT aluminum frame soaks up trail obstacles with plush, controllable front-end suspension powered by a RockShox fork, and an X-Fusion rear shock, while its XC-oriented geometry places heavy emphasis on speed, efficiency and agility. The whole thing rolls on UST-tubeless WTB 27.5-inch rims, quality GT hubs and grippy WTB Beeline tires. Shifting is quick and precise thanks to Shimano's 2x10 Deore/SLX drivetrain and their hydraulic discs mean awesome speed control regardless of the trail and weather. The rest of the Elite is equally elite with GT's own bar, stem and seatpost, plus a fine WTB saddle.
