About this bike
The revolution has begun. They said it couldn't be done, then GT did it. The iT-1 is the first production internal transmission bike. GT uses an 8-speed internal transmission mounted centrally in the frame, thereby separating pedaling from suspension providing a more efficient drivetrain and smoother travel. All that is just a fancy way to say that the iT-1 pedals just as well as it rails down descents. Top-of-the-line spec includes Marzocchi's 888 fork up front and Roco RC shock in the back. Plus, the Sun rims, Crank Brothers pedals, Avid brakes and SDG seatpost and saddle complete this amazing rig.
