Ibis's Ripley 29 Special Blend 1X makes every trail more fun with a high-tech carbon 120mm-travel frame that includes all the goodies: dw-link suspension, super stiff eccentric links, Shimano 12mm thru-axle, rubber molded chainstay protection, and a beefy, threaded bottom bracket. While the frame is a gem, the wonder of this build are the featherweight, full carbon Ibis 941 Ultra Wide Carbon rims, which are sure to blow the doors off standard aluminum rims. What's it all mean? This rig climbs like a race whip, slays the corners, and annihilates the downhills. When you consider its weight and travel, it's fully capable of hanging with the XC crowd on climbs and the enduro guys on the descents, and it even has two water bottle mounts.
