About this bike
What's the reason to get out there? The ride. It's all about the ride. Kona's Precept DL takes Kona's 130mm Swinger suspension and their well-known geometry then tweaks it with 27.5-inch wheels for a capable, do-it-all bike. All the modern frame details are here: 142x12mm rear end, tapered head tube, and dropper post routing. The front end is slack, the stem is short, and the bar is wide, you're set for firmly planted climbing and confident descending. RockShox's 140mm Sektor takes care of the hits and handling up front, while Shimano takes take of shifting and braking duties, and Maxxis provides the rubber. Ride it, race it, rip it.
