Kona's Process 111 redefines what a short-travel 29er is capable of. By using a SRAM 1x11 drivetrain, you lose the front derailleur and get super-short chainstays and a low bottom bracket, so you get all the advantages of the big wheels while incorporating Kona's much-loved slack/low/pinned geometry. Combined with their signature long top tube, short stem and a big standover frame design, the aluminum Process takes on terrain that makes other XC-travel bikes shiver. Featuring Rocker Independent Suspension, the ride is plush on the descents and smooth on the climbs, something we can all agree on. Add in a 120mm Pike fork up front, tubeless-ready WTB wheels and a dropper post, and you have an XC racer with huge trail capability.
