The words "all mountain" and "29er" don't often go together. Well, Kona changes the rules again with the Satori. A Buddhist word, it refers to "enlightenment," one ride and you'll see why. This aluminum rig sports 140mm of Fox travel up front, 130mm out back, and a slack, aggressive head angle, low BB and tight chainstays. Through-axles front and rear, a tapered head tube and a short wheelbase make the Satori super stiff and responsive, and the 4-bar linkage gives you smooth travel while making the ride an exercise in zen. Tons of standover and dialed geometry hit the sweet spot of climbing agility and descending prowess, too, as if it was made for you alone. Plus, the 2x10 Shimano SLX drivetrain, WTB wheels, Maxxis rubber and dropper post are built to excel up and down as well. Take the step, nirvana waits.
