About this bike
Kona's Stinky Deluxe is the legendary bike that kicked off the entire freeride movement. Built with Kona's rugged, capable 4-bar-linkage suspension and 180mm of Marzocchi-powered front and rear travel, this rig is ready to rip. It boasts shred-ready hardware too, from the precision SRAM X-9 gearing to the HammerSchmidt cranks that keep you railing out of corners and stomping big drops. And, you'd better have good wheels for all this insanity. Mavic's Crosslines are more than up to the task and they're wrapped with fat Kenda Nevegals for insane traction. Braking is deftly handled by Avid's 4-piston Code brakes that offer infinite modulation, don't fade on even the longest descents and are ridiculously powerful. For even more big-riding goodness, the Stinky comes complete with burly Kona controls and a WTB saddle.
