About this bike
Litespeed took their legendary Obed hardtail and made one for the 29er crowd, and we couldn't be happier. The Obed 29er takes a lightweight 3Al/2.5V-titanium frame and gives it mellow, trail-friendly geometry so it climbs and descends like no other. Up front there's a 100mm-travel RockShox Reba 29-inch fork for confidence and control in the rough stuff, too. This big wheeler sports the top-of-the-line full Shimano XTR group for biking perfection and light and tough Bontrager wheels with tacky Maxxis tires. Plus, the high-zoot controls of Thomson and Ritchey WCS strike fear in any competitors that dare line up next to you.
