Overview

About this bike

When you're looking for the ultimate in full suspension with efficiency, Look's 996 is your ride. This 4 inch-travel trail-taming beauty is crafted from the highest-grade carbon for awesome lightness, efficiency and strength. It climbs like a champ with RockShox's top-of-the-line Monarch shock and a Magura Durin fork gluing the wheels to the ground. Plus it descends like a dream, so you hold your line through twisty singletrack and rough, technical sections. Leading the way is Look's monocoque front triangle attached to a rear linkage with oversize Enduro bearings for super-smooth suspension action and low maintenance season after season. This super bike rolls on Tune King Kong/Stan's NoTubes wheels, that can take whatever you dish out. And, when it's time to drop the hammer, you've got a SRAM X.0/Rotor drivetrain backing you up, while the Magura discs are ready to put the clamps on when you need them. And, you've got to love fine details like the Thomson seatpost, Fizik seat and sweet TruVativ stem and bar.
