Like its namesake, Marin's Alcatraz is built to be tough. This dirt-jumping master has style on lock down with a full chromoly frame. Slashing berms and popping off lips is easy with tight chainstays, a short top tube and balanced geometry. The singlespeed gearing is simple, low maintenance and gives you clearance over obstacles. And since style is nothing without substance, you're hooked up with FSA/Gravity Andrew Taylor limited-edition rims, stem, bars, and post. The landing gear consists of a 100mm Manitou fork and fat Kenda tires. And if you need to scrub some speed before the lip, Avid has you covered with Elixir discs. This is one Alcatraz you won't mind doing hard time on.
