About this bike
Niner's E.M.D. 9 takes tried-and-true aluminum and gives it a hydroformed makeover to make it light, stiff, and responsive. Like all Niner frames, the E.M.D. 9 is specifically tuned to take advantage of 29er geometry so you get a fun, whippy ride that jumps forward when you stomp on the pedals. American Classic wheels complement the light, zippy feel, and Schwalbe Racing Ralph tires stick it in the corners so you can rail as hard as you want. When it's time to slow down in a hurry, SRAM Elixir 1 discs feel solid whether you're modulating or locking it up. And, with a WTB Volt Sport saddle and a host of Niner aluminum components, you'll make excuses to grind up the local leg-busting climb and swoop down the gnarliest descents.
