No need to free up space in the garage—Niner's RIP 9 Carbon is so much fun you may never get off! This lightweight trail ripper features Niner's carbon front triangle with an aluminum rear end for a balanced, predictable, and nimble ride that's as light as it is smooth. Niner's CVA rear suspension was designed around 29er geometry, so your pedaling force goes straight to forward momentum, even when the suspension is active. You'll go faster on climbs, push harder on twisty stuff, and stay looser down bumpy descents with the 125mm of rear wheel travel. Adding to those attributes is a 140mm RockShox Pike RC fork. Speaking of going fast, the RIP 9 Carbon is outfitted with a RockShox Reverb dropper post for blazing steep descents and a 2x10 Shimano XT drivetrain for clean shifts every time. For even more trail-smoothing zip, it rolls on Stan’s ZTR Flow EX wheels that make short work of trail chatter. Slowing it all is effortless with Shimano's renowned XT brakes, while a whole host of Niner components round out the stellar build of your quiver-replacing RIP 9 Carbon.
