This lightweight trail ripper features Niner's RDO carbon for a balanced, predictable, and nimble ride that's as light as it is smooth. That's because the carbon tubing all comes together with Niner's CVA rear suspension, which takes advantage of 29er geometry to ensure your pedaling force goes straight to forward momentum, even when the suspension is active. That means you go faster on the climbs, can push harder on the twisty stuff, and blast down the bumpy descents with 125mm of travel. Up front, the Fox 34 Float CTD fork throws down 140mm to add to the fun. Speaking of fun and fast, the RIP 9 RDO is outfitted with a Shimano XT drivetrain that gives you crisp, clean shifts every time and it all rolls on Stan's NoTubes ZTR Flow EX wheels, making short work of trail chatter the way a 29er should. Schwalbe Nobby Nic tires provide the bite when you're railing a tight corner, while a whole host of Niner carbon and aluminum components round out the stellar build of your quiver-replacing RIP 9 RDO.
