Niner’s RKT 9 RDO does one thing very well—fly. They pulled out all the stops to create the most efficient full suspension cross-country bike possible. The lightweight RDO-compacted carbon frame employs Niner’s patented Constantly Varying Arc (CVA) rear linkage, which allows pedaling forces and suspension travel to operate independent of one another, so you reap the rewards of every watt you put into the pedals while still enjoying the benefits of a fully suspended race rig. Niner’s suspension paired with a Fox Float DPS shock gives you 90mm of efficient travel. Extra standover clearance allows you to lay the bike over with greater balance and control, gaining the advantage on the competition by carrying more speed through corners. The Boost 148mm rear spacing creates a stronger, stiffer wheel build and greater stability in the rear triangle for better tracking through choppy courses. Niner’s 5-Star RKT RDO does not compromise. The supple RockShox RS1 fork pairs perfectly with the 90mm of CVA rear suspension, and its stiff carbon uppers and SRAM Predictive Steering hub maintain knife-edge steering response so you can carve tight lines and shave seconds in every corner. Niner’s Carbon XC 29-inch wheelset delivers strength and lightweight rigidity to exploit the incredible traction and low rolling resistance of the Maxxis Ikon tires. Shimano grants you use of its XTR kit, featuring an 11-speed drivetrain and their top of the line M9020 Trail brakes. When you need lightweight and efficient power transfer and dialed-in fingertip control of speed and traction, XTR will exceed your expectations and turn heads while doing it. Niner’s RDO cockpit components use the same carbon compaction as their frame, ensuring your bike makes race weight. Victory favors the well-equipped, and you’re more than prepared.
