About this bike
With an aggressive geometry that encourages getting rowdy and taking hard lines, Niner's ROS 9 is here to change your perception of hardtails. The 4130 steel frame gives you the durability and stellar ride quality you've come to expect, while the ROS 9's pin-it attitude comes from the super short chainstays that make it a whippy, jumpy beast in tight singletrack, and from the slack head tube angle that keeps you rolling away clean when getting yourself into trouble. Sniper lines or ugly mobbing, however you're riding RockShox's 140mm Pike RCT3 fork takes on the chatter and big hits, and the Stan's NoTubes wheels housed in Schwalbe rubber make gnarly rocks and roots insignificant rattles. Add to that a SRAM X1 11-speed drivetrain providing the push and Reverb Stealth dropper post, and you've got the perfect hardtail for aggressive, hard-charging riders who don't like hardtails.
