In the days of carbon everything, Norco bucks the trend and goes with aluminum tubes and composite bearings for the around 23-pound, 100mm Phaser 1. You'll feel its lightness sprinting on the flats, but when the trail goes up, you'll really notice 2 things: you're faster, and the pack is disappearing. The suspension is optimized for speed, with their A.R.T. design that improves efficiency and acceleration. It also gives the rear axle a rearward path for better use of travel, and ups the tunability for a plusher ride. The specs are just as nice. XT and XTR make up the gearing, your fork's name is SID and your wheels are Stan's ZTR/DT Swiss. Plus, gear from Norco, Ritchey and WTB continue the trend. We said you'd be faster. You've been warned.
