Dirt jumping is where it's at, and the Opus Crate 3.1 is the ticket. The ride of steel, a simple singlespeed drivetrain, tight, maneuverable geometry-the Crate has it all. That steel frame sports new horizontal drops in the rear so chain tension is always perfect. The drivetrain is BMX inspired, from the high-clearance micro gearing to the 3-piece cranks. To soften the landings from everything from staircase hucks to dropping into the park, the Marzocchi fork rocks 100mm of travel and a 20mm through-axle for a burly front end. You've got a rear disc brake, just enough to scrub some speed before hitting the lip and it frees up your front for all the turndowns, tailwhips and X-ups you can muster.
