Designed to take cross country riding up a notch or three, Rocky Mountain's Instinct 970 MSL is an extremely nimble, playful ride. Built from Smoothwall carbon around Rocky's Ride-9 adjustable geometry, the Instinct is tunable to your riding style. With that adjustability, you find lines that make old trails new with the 130mm of Smoothlink rear suspension and a Fox 32 Float Fit4 fork. A crisp-shifting Race Face/Shimano XT 2x11 drivetrain bolsters your climbing legs and wide Race Face Turbine bars give you plenty of leverage to muscle through techy sections. With the tubeless-ready Stan's 29er wheels, proper Maxxis tires, Reverb dropper post, and big 180mm XT discs reining it all in, welcome to the new XC.
