Rocky Mountain's Vertex 930 delivers top-notch handling, acceleration and climbing. It's ready to rip with a Rocky FORM aluminum frame boasting a tapered head tube to corner like a slot car and a press-fit bottom bracket for stomp-on-it-and-go stiffness. It's not just stiff though, bumps disappear under the big 29er wheels, aided by a RockShox 100mm Recon fork. The rest of spec is up to the task. With a full Shimano 3x10-speed drivetrain, Alex wheels with Maxxis rubber and Shimano disc brakes, the Vertex shifts, goes and brakes like a mountain bike should. And the Rocky-branded stem, bar and post are light yet reliable.
