About this bike
Lightweight, stiff, and fast — your competitive riding buddies are not going to like this. Rocky Mountain's Vertex 970 RSL is crafted from high-modulus carbon with a press fit bottom bracket for excellent power transfer and a tapered head tube for supreme control. In or out of the corners, bumps disappear under the big Wheeltech 29-inch wheels and ultra-light 100mm RockShox SID fork. The Shimano/Race Face 2x10 speed drivetrain with an XTR rear derailleur and Shimano XT discs shift and brake just as sweet as the frame rides. Grippy Maxxis tires, and a Race Face bar and stem are the finishing touches on this XC rocket.
