Salsa's expedition-ready Blackborow is primed to take you places you never thought possible. Featuring a light, nimble aluminum frame and fork, the Blackborow was designed around massive 5-inch wide tires to provide maximum flotation and traction on loose, soft surfaces like sand and snow. The components are pure fat bike, with 196mm-wide rear hub spacing, a 136mm-wide bottom bracket, and a Surly OD crankset. A fast and authoritative 2 x 10-speed SRAM X7/X9 drivetrain gets you up and over the climbs, and BB7S mechanical disc brakes keep everything under control on the way back down. With a Salsa handlebar and stem, as well as a supportive WTB saddle, the trails are calling and you're more than equipped to answer.
