About this bike
Timberjack absolutely owns all paths—wooded, skinny, and flowy, making you the master of every ride thanks to its multi-talented character. Aluminum gives this hardtail the stiffness needed to whip through tight turns and accelerate with instant power, and super short chainstays make it easy to lift over obstacles so you can stay with the flow. On the included 27.5+ wheelset you get 27.5 x 3.0-inch rubber for incredible traction and just a little extra cushioning from annoying trail chatter. Timberjack is loaded with options, too. You can run the stock 27.5+ wheelset or change it to 29er; make it fully rigid for maximum pedaling efficiency; shorten or lengthen the wheelbase; or run just about any wheelset you have lying around thanks to Alternator Dropouts that accept anything from 135mm QR to 148mm Boost axles. The stock SRAM X1 1x11 drivetrain offers plenty of gearing to climb your way to the top, and sturdy hydraulic disc brakes keep things under control on the way back down. And, to keep you charging when the trail gets gnarly, you can count on the 120mm RockShox Recon SL fork to pave the way with predictable handling. Like a best friend who's always up for a ride, the Timberjack just needs you to say yes.
