About this bike
Santa Cruz destroys expectations of what an XC bike should be with their full carbon Blur XC. Sure, it's stiff, fast, and amazingly light (4.1 pounds with shock!), but throw in a 120mm Fox fork and slackish head angle, and suddenly things become clearer. This is a fully capable ride that is as confident charging through techy, steep sections of trail as it is sprinting for the hole shot. The brilliant VPP suspension makes both possible. It devours bumps while remaining efficient, so climbing past your crew and out riding the competition is as easy as you just made it look. Key frame details include a tapered head tube, carbon upper linkage and grease ports for the links. Plus, this build kit features light DT Swiss wheels, Shimano's awesome XT drivetrain and discs.
