The addition of plus-sized tires just turned Scott's Genius 710 Plus from to;capableto; to to;conquering.to; The HMF carbon frame starts things off — it's light, stiff, and dialed. Next up, 27.5+ Syncros rims and 2.8-inch-wide Maxxis tires deliver an increased tire footprint, less tire deflection, and decreased tire pressure. What does that mean? Traction and control to scamper up impossible climbs, to corner harder and faster, and to float over trail chatter and loose rocks. The Genius is eager for the rough stuff too, with 150mm of Fox-controlled suspension to get you up, over, and through. Whatever lies ahead, Shimano's XT 2x11 setup delivers with a wide-range cassette and unbeatably snappy shifting. Shimano discs are the way to go and the SLX brakes on the Genius are incredible, with cool, confident stopping. And when it's time to get loose and charge hard, there's a FOX Transfer dropper post waiting to get down.
