Overview

About this bike

Rocks, roots, and boosts beware, Scott's Genius 720 Plus is ready to rumble! The light, custom-butted aluminum frame is the foundation for the 27.5+ rims and tires. They deliver increased tire footprint, less tire deflection, and decreased tire pressure. What does that mean? Traction and control like you've never experienced! Syncros rims and 2.8-inch-wide Schwalbe tires let the Genius Plus scale the impossible, annihilate corners, and roll over everything. There's plenty of suspension magic as well with 140mm of Fox-controlled suspension front and rear to get you up, over, and through whatever lies ahead. Do your local trails have some up as well as down? Shimano 2x10 drivetrain components have the range to conquer the climbs and fly on the descents. Shimano discs are the way to go and the SLX brakes on the Genius are incredible, with cool, confident control. And when it's time to get behind the saddle and rail your favorite rock garden there's an X-Fusion dropper post.
