About this bike
Trek's Superfly: proven on trails, feared at the races. The FS 9.8 SL uses an OCLV carbon frame that's incredibly light and stiff, giving you a bike that weighs less than most hardtails. All of Trek's stellar technology is here: G2 geometry, carbon armor, internal cable routing, plus the E2 head tube, carbon link, and ABP suspension. It all boils down to a bike built for blistering XC speed. Fox supplies their 100mm CTD suspension front and rear with a bar-mounted remote. Add a SRAM X1 group supplying power to tubeless-ready DT Swiss wheels and you'll stay at the front of the pack. The rest of the gear is just as good with Bontrager components including a carbon bar and post and Ti-railed saddle.
