About this bike
Yeti's 303 R DH is perfect for freeriding, flowy DH courses and agile riders who prefer lighter, snappy rides. The "R" stand for Rate. The 303 R's 8-inch suspension uses an assembly of steel ball bearings that slide along a hardened carbon-steel rail. By using this rail, Yeti can optimize the shock rate, beef up frame stiffness and increase shock life. The durability continues with all the pivots featuring Enduro Max sealed bearings for smooth action and long life. It also has an eccentric shock mount for adjustable geometry so you can tune it to your liking and to the course. This tapered headtube version was requested specifically from World Cup riders who wanted a tapered head tube to allow use of a zero stack headset to lower the front end. And, this DH monster is equipped with a Fox 40 fork, DeeTraks wheels and Hussefelt cranks and controls. Avid Elixir brakes with big, 8-inch rotors slow you down, if you even need it.
