Yeti freaks unite! Yeti's AS-X is the freeride machine that other frames aspire to be. Yeti's Pure aluminum frame delivers 6.4 or 7.1 inches of rock-crushing travel controlled by Fox's impressive DHX 5.0 shock. The 1 1/2-inch headtube and plush Fox 36 Van R fork give the front-end amazing stiffness for laser-like steering precision. Yeti's Dogbone link significantly reduces side to side flex of the swingarm for a solid and responsive rear-end. North-shore born Race Face cranks, stem, bars and seatpost and Hayes brakes with 8-inch rotors mean business, and the Mavic wheels and SRAM/Shimano drivetrain can handle all the nastiness you can.
