Overview

About this bike

Designed for the long-distance triathlon in mind, Kestrel's 4000 will help you get your next Ironman PR. Its high-modulus carbon frame employs radical design to deliver exceptional efficiency through targeted stiffness and aggressive aerodynamic sculpting of tubes and components. The 4000 Ultegra employs lightweight cartridge bearing-suspended wheels from Oval Concepts and supple Vittoria tires to spin up quickly and minimize rotational mass for less energy waste and increased endurance. TRP 920 center-pull brakes feature intensely aerodynamic construction to slow you down when you ask them to and never when you don’t. With smooth, precise power transfer orchestrated by Shimano’s lightweight Ultegra drivetrain, you can focus on your mental game and not your equipment. Oval Concepts and Prologo lend their considerable triathlon design expertise to provide touchpoints that feel right, look right, and perform right, race after race.
