Salsa's Colossal 2 is colossal, as in the size of the breakfast you'd better eat before you saddle up and head out aboard this all-day-optimized adventure machine. It boasts their Classico double-butted chromoly tubing for the efficient, smooth, nimble ride of classic steel. Up front, ENVE's sweet carbon fork leads the way with a tapered steerer to magnify the Colossal's stable, go-fast geometry. Plus the carbon damps vibrations for sweet comfort. And, the components are ready for action, too, with a capable SRAM/Alex wheelset and a wide-range full-Shimano 105 20-speed drivetrain for precision shifting and the gears for the ups and downs.
