Right away, you'll notice the silky-smooth ride of the Scott Contessa Solace. This premium carbon fiber machine glides effortlessly downhill and up. The Solace frame is divided into two distinct zones; the Power Zone and the Comfort Zone. Comprised of the head tube, down tube, bottom bracket, and chainstays, the Power Zone features large tube diameters for excellent power transfer and efficiency. The Comfort Zone's seat tube, seatstays, and top tube are slender to damp vibration and provide comfortable, ride-all-day compliance. The 11-speed Shimano Ultegra drivetrain affords crisp, easy shifting. Syncros wheels are light and quick, and the women's specific Syncros components take the silky-smooth ride a step higher.
