About this bike
Trek enlisted multiple World Cup-winning Katie Compton to design the ultimate 'cross racing bike. The result is the Boone 9 Disc, a bike with 'cross-specific features like plenty of mud clearance, exceptional race geometry, a chain keeper, internal cable routing, and an easily shouldered top tube. The OCLV carbon frame and E2 carbon fork is, of course stiff and precise, yet Trek’s innovative IsoSpeed decoupler adds comfort and compliance to every ride. Combine that with the flawless shifting of 11-speed Ultegra Di2 and the legendary performance of Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, not to mention HED wheels with fat tires and a slew of lightweight Bontrager components, and you're ready to climb the top step on the podium.
