Intense's Spider 29 Comp (Expert Build) is nimble and fast in your favorite web of trails. It's built around Intense's monocoque, uni-directional carbon frame with 115-130mm VPP rear suspension that ensures exceptional pedaling on the way up and total control on the way down. The lynchpin of the frame's responsiveness is RockShox's Monarch RT3 shock that takes on the big hits and the small chatter with equal ease. Up front, a RockShox Revelation RL fork gives you a balanced feel with 130mm of plush travel. Quick and nimble yet able to steamroll rocks and roots, the 29-inch Stan's NoTubes Rapid wheels get up to speed and stay there, while Maxxis Ardent tires stick in corners and dig in the climbs. It's just as ready for the race course as it is for the Sunday ride thanks to a legendary Shimano XT drivetrain. A Renthal handlebar, Thomson Elite stem, and Shimano XT hydraulic brakes top off this stellar build. And the last little bit of awesome comes courtesy of the Kind Shock LEV Integra dropper that gets you in the best position for the steeps. Ensnare all the gnar you can handle with the Spider.
