It may be hard to believe it once you feel how nimble, stable, and quick it is, but Intense's Spider 29C Factory Build only has two wheels; you’ll feel like an ultra-stable eight-legged creature over rock gardens and gnarly descents. The Spider is built around Intense's monocoque uni-directional carbon frame with 115-130mm JS Tuned suspension and a Fox Factory Float shock that ensures exceptional pedaling power on the way up and total control on the way down. The Fox Factory 34 Float fork gives you a balanced feel all over the trail with plush travel. Quick, nimble, and able to steamroll rocks and roots, the 29-inch DT Swiss XRC carbon wheels get up to speed in a hurry and stay there, while Maxxis Ardent tires stick in corners and dig in on the climbs. It's just as ready for the race course as it is for the Sunday ride thanks to a slick-shifting SRAM XX1 drivetrain with the right gear for the climbs and the sprint to the finish. A Renthal FatBar carbon handlebar, Renthal Apex stem, legendary Shimano XTR brakes, and a Reverb Stealth dropper post round out this perfect Factory build. Ensnare all the gnar you can manage with the Spider.
