Overview
About this bike
Enjoy those big rides more than ever with the big wheels on Kona's Big Kahuna. This 29er comes with Kona's butted 69 scandium frame and it spins on a tasty set of 29-inch Easton hoops for a roll-over-anything ride. To help those big hoops out, hits are handled by a RockShox Reba fork with 100mm of smooth travel up front. And out back, you've got 10-speed SRAM X7 shifting with an X9 rear derailleur for a super-solid combo of durability, functionality and reasonable weight. Reigning you in are Avid's Elixir discs with a 7-inch rotor up front for serious stopping power with dialed modulation. And, the high-zoot controls are some of Kona's finest with the 710mm-wide Deluxe Energy Bar, and super-light stem and post.
