The streets can be tough, so good thing Kona's chromoly Shonky is tougher. Its stout frame is made for slaying the dirt jumps, smoothing out the pump track, prowling the urban landscape and ruling the 4-cross course. It takes the undeniable awesomeness of chromoly and adds an 80mm RockShox fork, which has just enough travel to butter the landings. The geometry is dialed, too: super-low top tube, slack head angle and tight chainstays. All this makes for a bike that's flickable, manuals easily, and feels stable in the air and on the ground. Plus, the Shonky sports BMX-style cranks, half-link chain, integrated seat clamp, Pivotal saddle, and an always ready singlespeed drivetrain so you can concentrate on landing the next trick.
