About this bike
Make the leap and ride away clean on Marin’s Rift Zone 8. The full carbon monocoque front triangle provides a stiff, responsive platform to push 110mm of rear suspension travel through an aluminum swingarm and RockShox Monarch RL shock. That couples with a tough-to-beat RockShox Pike RC fork, granting 120mm of travel up front to blow past the posers. Its fast-rolling 29-inch Schwalbe tires rolling on Stan’s Flow MK3 rims make further use of all that travel with legendary traction, easily clearing obstacles and biting hard in the corners. The Shimano Deore XT 1 x 11 drivetrain offers a tenacious gear range, and the XT brakes put precise speed control and huge braking power at your fingertips. All this makes for a supple, yet aggressive trail experience. The package is completed by a KS LEV Integra dropper post so you’ll be in the perfect attack position no matter if you're gaining or rapidly losing elevation.
