Pivot's 167mm-travel Firebird devours technical terrain and tumultuous all-mountain riding - and that's just the beginning. This rig shreds downhills and climbs with remarkable efficiency thanks to a dw-link rear end with Fox shock that gives you monster traction without squat or bob. The floating rear shock makes the Firebird fully active at every point in its travel to suck up small bumps and devour big hits at any speed. For lightning-quick shifts, the front derailleur features Pivot's ingenious floating mount. This design makes it virtually impossible to drop your chain or get chain suck. And it keeps getting better. Up front, this big ripper sports a 1.5-inch head tube with a 170mm Fox 36 fork. Plus, the XT kit rocks a Shimano XT 2x10 drivetrain, Shimano XT discs, DT Swiss wheels and Gravity controls.
