About this bike
We know, many bikes claim they pedal like an XC bike and descend like a trail bike, but one ride on Pivot's Mach 4, and you'll be a believer. No squat, no wallowing into its suspension during out-of-the-saddle efforts, yet it's active when you hit the chunder. A tapered head tube, 92mm-wide BB, carbon links, they all add up to a frame that's beautifully light and stiff. It's dialed with agile geometry that's optimized for racing and aggressive XC riding, enhanced with Fox Shox delivering 100mm of travel front and rear with all the awesome plushness, damping and function that is synonymous with the Fox name. For you SRAM lovers out there, this build leaves nothing to be desired: DT Swiss tubeless wheels, FSA carbon controls, XO discs and of course, a 2x10 XO drivetrain.
