Hollow core, internal, high compression carbon molding and all the obsessive detailing you expect from Pivot, combined with Fox-damped dw-link suspension, offers incredible pedaling efficiency and small bump compliance. The Mach 429 Trail Pro XT/XTR 1x 27.5+ brings together the svelte weight and smooth shifting of a Shimano XT/XTR 1x11-speed drivetrain. A pair of Shimano XT brakes complement this superb drivetrain with strength and poise, giving you the braking power to push the envelope and come out the other end intact. All the Mach 429 Trail 27.5+ PRO builds roll on DT Swiss XM551 rims laced up with DT 350 hubs with Boost spacing for increased rigidity and strength. Those high-strength hoops are wrapped in 2.8-inch Maxxis tires, with a Rekon in the front for trail-clawing traction, and an Ikon in the rear to propel you faster than you've ever gone, all while staying glued to the trail. Add it all up, and the Mach 429 Trail is the perfect choice for the kind of ride you’ll tell your friends about for years.
