The lightweight Alpha Platinum aluminum frame features a 197mm-wide rear axle with Trek's Active Braking Pivot (ABP), full floater linkage, and Fox's RE:aktiv shock for a supple, responsive suspension system that's even active under braking. RockShox's Bluto adds 120mm of rock and root-swallowing travel as well as a 150 x 15mm thru-axle. 80mm-wide SUNringlÉ MulefÜt rims bring it all together, with Bontrager's 27.5 x 3.8-inch Hodag tires ensuring a big, stable footprint and loads of grip as you rail berms and fly through rock gardens. SRAM's 11-speed GX drivetrain gives you the range and reliability to ride anywhere and climb anything, while their Level T brakes offer controlled modulation. Wide Bontrager bars and a KS dropper post round out the trail chops on this fat-tired wonder-bike.
