Shipping:
All bikes purchased from us will be professionally packed by one of our professional mechanics to ensure bikes reach to our customers in perfect working order. We ship using Bike Flights which also provides additional insurance shipping bikes out. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground and packed within 2-3 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided upon approval of payment confirmation. UPS will require in-person signatures at the time of the delivery. Shipping is limited within the USA ONLY, we cannot ship to areas like Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. Most bikes will have their seat post removed, front wheel removed and handle bars turned to their side in order to fit inside of a dedicated bike box. A simple Allen key will be required to re-assemble the bike but we recommend visiting a professional shop in your local to assembly this bike.
