Rear derailleur pulleys upgraded to CeramicSpeed Titanium 12s NW kit (coated bearings). Brake hood handlebar clamps were changed to Shimano Titanium clamps (Dura-Ace), which saves 2g per clamp over stock Campy clamps and prevents corrosion from salty perspiration making its way through the bar tape. Caliper bolts, caliper mounting bolts, stem top cap bolt, BB access plate bolts, and rear axle drive side thread mounting bolt have been upgraded to DLC coated machined grade 5 titanium bolts with roll-forged threads (Pro Bolt USA). They’re only 60% of the weight of steel bolts and will never corrode. All components were sourced by me. Entire build was by me, using manufacturer-specified torque values applied with high-end calibrated torque ratchets. Only wax lubricant has been used on the chain (Silca Super Secret). Never ridden in the rain. Always kept inside my house. Yes, the stem is slammed. I am a former racer (have never raced this bike) and have no issues with a fast, aggressive position. If that doesn’t work for you, you’ll have to purchase new Pinarello Onda forks with the full steerer tube. I will include all spacers. Pedals are not included. I’ve applied CarbonPro Sports Dri Wash w/ UV protection to all carbon fiber parts of the bike.
